The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety is inviting young South Africans to apply for its Traffic Learner Officer Learnership Programme 2025. There are 154 positions available across all five districts in Limpopo. This 12-month programme gives you a chance to train as a traffic officer, gain valuable qualifications, and earn a stipend while you learn.
Applications close on 5 September 2025, so you’ll need to apply as soon as possible if you want to secure your spot.
The posts are spread across Limpopo’s districts as follows:
Stipend: R67 675.56 per year (paid monthly during the learnership).
This programme is designed to prepare you for a career in traffic law enforcement. Over the 12 months, you will get both classroom training and practical, on-the-job experience. By the end of the programme, you will have skills that can open doors to permanent jobs in the transport and safety sector.
