Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Qualifications: Possess an undergraduate qualification in disciplines such as Public Administration, Public Management, Operations, Human Resources, or Business Management at an NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
2. Experience: One year of clerical experience is advantageous, along with experience in a client and customer service environment.
3. Skills: Demonstrated competence in communication, interpersonal skills, time management, problem-solving, planning, organizing, and basic computer literacy.
