There are 7 learnership opportunities available in different trades. Candidates can apply for one of the following fields:

• Instrumentation Mechanician

Minimum Entry Requirements

To qualify for one of these learnerships, you must meet the following requirements for each trade:

1. Instrumentation Mechanician

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science.

2. Plater / Welder

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science.
• Plater/Welder Engineering N2 Certificate.

3. Fitter

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science.
• Fitter Engineering N2 Certificate.

4. Electrician

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science.
• Electrical Engineering N2 Certificate.

5. Millwright

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science.
• Electrical & Fitter Engineering N2 Certificate.

If you do not meet these minimum requirements, your application will not be considered.
