As a Cosmetic Consultant, you’ll work in-store helping customers choose beauty products that suit their needs, performing quick makeovers, and making sure the counter stays clean, professional, and fully stocked. What You’ll Be Doing Every Day
This role is much more than just selling products. You’ll become a beauty advisor and brand ambassador. Here’s what your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Helping customers choose the right makeup and skincare products
- Doing mini makeovers and product demonstrations
- Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
- Keeping the counter clean, neat, and inviting (housekeeping)
- Learning all the products on your counter and nearby brands
- Working on stock counts and regular stock take
- Doing basic admin and paperwork (e.g., logging sales, reporting inventory)
- Collaborating with brand reps and participating in events or promotions
You’ll also play a part in planning and executing in-store promotions and beauty events, so be ready to get creative and confident in front of people.
What You Need to Apply

Minimum Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience working with cosmetic or beauty products
- A basic understanding of makeup application and product use
- Experience in customer-facing roles is a big plus
