Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Teller at Absa, you will:

✔️ Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
✔️ Process deposits, withdrawals, and cheque encashments
✔️ Detect and report fraudulent or suspicious transactions
✔️ Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with banking queries
✔️ Educate customers on digital banking solutions
✔️ Identify and refer potential sales leads to sales consultants
✔️ Ensure compliance with banking policies and security procedures
