What You’ll Be Doing

As a Shop Assistant/Cashier (P27), your responsibilities will cover multiple areas of the store. Here’s what you’ll be doing on a daily basis:

1. Customer Service

• Helping customers find products they are looking for.
• Answering customer questions and solving complaints politely.
• Ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience.

2. Cashier Duties

• Processing cash and card payments at the till point.
