📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide top-level customer service to every shopper 🏆
✔ Process sales transactions (cash, credit, etc.) when needed
✔ Help with stock management, including tagging products and organizing inventory 📦
✔ Assist in moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor when required
✔ Contribute to visual merchandising and in-store displays ✨
✔ Become proficient with the point-of-sale (POS) system
✔ Use sales techniques to upsell and enhance the customer’s shopping experience 🛍
✔ Greet customers warmly and help them find the right product
✔ Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure a clean, organized store
✔ Protect company assets and follow store policies

🎯 What You Need to Succeed:

✅ Passion for retail and customer service – You love helping people!

📚 Education & Experience Requirements:

🎓 Matric Certificate (High School Diploma)
🛍 0 – 1 year of retail experience (Newcomers welcome!)
