Job Description:

The Picker and Packer will be responsible for accurately identifying and moving stock to the dispatch area. You will also assist with stock taking and replenishment to ensure seamless warehouse operations. If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment and have great attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick stock according to picking slips and ensure timely delivery to dispatch.
• Notify the warehouse manager if any stock is unavailable.
• Assist with loading equipment and parts onto client vehicles.
• Verify that packed stock matches the details on the picking slip.

• Ensure all packages comply with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in stock-taking activities and assist in investigating stock discrepancies.
• Replenish stock received from the receiving area.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Education/Training:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

Work Experience:

• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Numeracy skills

Technical Competencies:

• Ability to read and write
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office)

Behavioral Competencies:

• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking
• Ability to work well under supervision and adhere to management instructions
