Government Internship: AgriSETA 2025 Program Open

Internship Details

  • Position Title: Intern – Office of the CEO
  • Location: AgriSETA Head Office, Pretoria
  • Duration: 24-month internship contract
  • Reporting To: Manager – Office of the CEO
  • Division: Office of the CEO

This internship gives you the chance to work directly in the Office of the CEO, which is a very important part of the organisation. You’ll be helping with admin work, supporting the CEO’s office, and learning how a big organisation is run.

What Will You Be Doing?

Here are some of the key tasks and duties you’ll take on:

  • Collect and organise data when asked.
  • Keep data records up to date and organised.
  • Help with day-to-day admin in the CEO’s office.
  • Learn how admin processes work across the whole organisation.
  • Support project management and coordination tasks.
  • Assist with managing partnerships and dealing with stakeholders.
  • Be part of the team that handles the CEO’s daily schedule and office functions.
  • Do other tasks if needed, to support the team.

This internship will give you solid experience in admin work, leadership support, project coordination, and professional communication.

What Do You Need to Apply?

AgriSETA is looking for someone who meets the following:

  • Education: You must have a National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Business Management, Management, or something similar.
  • Experience: No work experience is needed. That’s right—this is for fresh graduates.

Skills You Should Have:

  • You should know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook very well.
  • You need strong admin skills and must be accurate in your work.
  • You must be a team player who can work well with others.
  • You should be serious about learning and open to doing different tasks.
