American Swiss Sales Associate (40hr) on a 3-Month Contract!

Key Responsibilities

At American Swiss, we’re looking for someone who can shine in this role! As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, welcoming customers and making their shopping experience unforgettable. Here’s what your daily tasks will look like:

  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent American Swiss with pride and create a welcoming, top-notch customer experience.
  • Meet and Exceed Customer Expectations: Understand each customer’s needs and help them find the best products to suit their style.
  • Track Sales Goals: Keep an eye on daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to ensure the store reaches its goals.
  • Stay Ahead with Fashion Trends: Learn about our diverse product line, and stay updated on current jewellery, décor, and fashion trends.
  • Drive Sales: Actively look for opportunities to boost sales by engaging with customers and recommending products.
  • Stock Replenishment: Ensure that shelves are well-stocked and the store looks perfect at all times, creating a seamless shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications and Skills Needed

To succeed as a Sales Associate at American Swiss, here are the essentials:

  • Education: Must have completed Grade 12 (Matric).
