What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of American Swiss. Your main role is to create positive energy in the store while helping customers find products that fit their needs. Some of your daily responsibilities will include:

Representing the brand: Acting as an ambassador for American Swiss and making sure every customer feels valued.
Delivering great customer service: Exceeding customer expectations by listening to their needs and offering the best solutions.
Boosting sales: Actively tracking your sales performance against targets and always looking for new opportunities to close a deal.
Showcasing products: Selling a wide range of jewellery and staying updated with the latest décor and fashion trends.
Stock readiness: Assisting with restocking and making sure the store looks perfect for customers at all times.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

To apply for this position, you’ll need:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
Passion for people and strong customer service skills.

Good communication skills (both spoken and written).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Independence and initiative—you should be able to work without constant supervision.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
