What You’ll Be Doing

As a Store-in-Store Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face that customers meet when they walk into the store. You’ll be responsible for making every customer experience a memorable one. This role is all about communication, enthusiasm, and genuine care for helping others.

Your main duties will include:

What You Need to Qualify

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a customer-facing retail job, preferably in electronics.
  • Having some management experience will give you an advantage.
  • You should be comfortable using technology, especially POS systems, Syspro, and iOS devices.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset — you should be someone who enjoys challenges and finding ways to improve.
  • A strong passion for customer service and the ability to work well with others.
  • A good understanding of stock control and retail operations.
