As an Apple Sales Consultant, you’ll work inside one of Core Group’s stores that is dedicated to Apple products. Your job will be to help customers learn about Apple devices, give demos, and make sure every person who visits the store gets the best help possible.

You’ll be the go-to person when someone walks in wondering which Apple product they should get – and your advice will help them choose the right one. Whether it’s an iPhone, iPad, MacBook, or accessories, you’ll be the expert they trust.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

Showing customers how Apple devices work
Helping people pick the right Apple products for their needs

Reaching daily and monthly sales targets

What You Need to Have

To apply for this position, here are the basic things you’ll need:

Matric certificate (Grade 12)
At least 3 years of retail experience, especially with electronics or tech products
Bonus if you have experience as a manager
Good knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, iOS, and other related tools
Able to work well under pressure and solve problems fast
Great at working in a team and always ready to help others
Loves learning new things and staying up to date with technology
Understands how to manage stock and follow retail processes
Friendly, positive attitude and loves giving excellent customer service
