About the Sasol Fire Fighter Learnership 2025

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Sasol Fire Fighter Learnership 2025, you need the following:

  • Education: A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent with passes in:
    • Technical Mathematics or Mathematics
    • English or Business English
    • Technical or Physical Science
  • Other Requirements:
    • A valid Code B (or higher) driver’s licence
    • Ability to pass a stress and fear assessment (this includes heights, confined spaces, and exposure to fire)
    • Pass a fire fighter fitness test

These requirements are in place to make sure you can handle the physical and mental demands of the job. Fire fighting is a tough career, and this training will push you to be your best.
