What’s the Role?

As a Management Assistant Trainee, you’ll be an integral part of the corporate center, handling various administrative tasks and supporting the office’s smooth operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering Calls: Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all clients and visitors.
• Information Processing: Draft and manage memoranda, letters, emails, and minutes of meetings.
• Filing: Maintain and organize documentation and records for easy access.
• Mail Distribution: Collect and distribute post and faxes to the relevant staff.
• Data Capturing: Accurately input data into the system.
• ITS Capturing: Ensure all information is up to date on the ITS system.

What You’ll Need

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Matric certificate and N6 Management Assistant certificate.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach.
