The African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD) invites suitably qualified applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States to apply for the Human Resources Internship Programme 2025. The closing date for applications is Monday, 13 October 2025.

  • Preparing management reports and submitting progress summaries.
  • Compiling weekly progress updates and a final internship report.

Who Can Apply?

To be considered for the AUDA-NEPAD Human Resources Internship 2025, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be a citizen of an African Union Member State.
  • Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized university in one of the following fields:
    • Human Resources
    • Business Administration
    • Management
    • Social Sciences or a related discipline
  • Have basic knowledge or experience in customer service.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software such as SAP or any HRIS platform.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
  • Show diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
