Role Overview

As an Apple Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the iStore, engaging customers and helping them discover Apple products that fit their needs. You’ll provide hands-on demonstrations, explain features, and ensure customers leave the store happy and confident in their purchase decisions.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Showcasing Apple products and services with enthusiasm.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Collaborating with team members and store management for smooth operations.
  • Upholding high customer service standards at all times.
  • Meeting and exceeding store sales targets.
  • Supporting stock management and maintaining product displays.

What We’re Looking For

Core Group is seeking individuals who are customer-focused, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering excellent service. Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma (Matric) required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably in electronics. Managerial experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, Syspro, and iOS is advantageous.
  • Customer Service: Proven history of providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to exceed store targets and deliver measurable results.
  • Teamwork: Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented mindset to handle challenges effectively.
  • Retail Knowledge: Understanding of retail operations, stock management, and store practices.
  • Passion: Strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for helping customers.
