Job Description
Main Objectives:
To ensure the daily loading and offloading of bread on site.
Responsibilities:
- Load bread according to the picking slip.
- Manage stock by transfers and GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers).
- Perform tray count and balance trays in the truck.
- Attend daily invocoms (daily communication meetings).
- Ensure the quality of bread being loaded.
- Maintain correct stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out).
- Account for all stock received and dispatched.
- Provide daily reports.
- Ensure on-time truck departures.
- Assist with queries.

Qualification Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 months experience in a similar position in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
Key Outputs
- Will be required to work until the last truck is completed loading.
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
- Required to work on a rotating shift basis.
- Will be required to relieve Despatch Clerks.
- Ability to make Invocom presentations.
