When stores experience delays, confusion, or system issues, the help desk is the first place they reach out to. You will handle these queries with professionalism and speed. This is where your problem-solving skills will shine.
Every distribution centre relies on strong pallet management. You will help monitor and implement proper pallet control systems. When pallets are properly tracked, operations become more efficient and less costly.

You must have a Matric certificate. This is non-negotiable, as the job requires strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
A Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain is not required, but it gives you a helpful advantage.
You need at least two years of experience in warehousing or another similar environment. This helps you understand stock flow, systems, and how a distribution centre functions.
You must be computer literate and confident using systems.
Communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are also key skills for this job.
