As an External Sales Representative, your main role is to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Finding New Customers – Conduct “cold calls” to attract new clients and expand BUCO’s customer base.
✅ Growing Sales – Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by actively selling BUCO’s products and services.
✅ Managing Customer Accounts – Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through structured follow-ups.
✅ Handling Orders & Quotations – Ensure orders are processed efficiently and follow up on quotes to avoid delays.
✅ Resolving Customer Issues – Address customer concerns quickly to maintain satisfaction and trust.
✅ Providing Expert Advice – Recommend the best products and solutions to customers, helping them make informed buying decisions.
✅ Representing BUCO Professionally – Uphold BUCO’s values and brand reputation in all business interactions.

To qualify for this External Sales Representative role, you must have:
✔ Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
✔ At least 5 years of sales experience (preferably in retail, building materials, or hardware sales).
✔ Basic computer skills – comfortable working with sales software and emails.
✔ A valid driver’s license – you’ll be traveling to meet customers.
✔ Excellent communication skills – ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships.
✔ Self-motivation and independence – you should be able to manage your own schedule and meet targets.
