What You’ll Do as a Sales Assistant

Processing payments at the till – cash, card, vouchers, loyalty cards, and more
Making sure that every item that leaves the store has been paid for
Helping customers with questions about stock, prices, and products
Making sure that customers feel welcome, respected, and happy
Reporting any compliments or complaints to your store manager
Creating a positive vibe in the store and having fun while working hard

What You Need to Apply

Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves):

Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Up to 6 months of retail experience (If you don’t have retail experience, don’t worry – your passion and attitude can go a long way!)

1 year of retail work experience
Basic computer skills (especially with Microsoft programs)
Ability to speak clearly and confidently
A love for clothing and outdoor lifestyle products
Must be a South African citizen
Must have a clear criminal and credit record
Must be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
