As a Sales Assistant, your main role is to help customers, boost sales, and keep the store running smoothly.

✅ Your Key Responsibilities:

✔ Help customers by giving them advice on products and providing top-notch customer service.
✔ Boost sales by using effective selling techniques and identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
✔ Handle payments – process cash, card, voucher, and coupon transactions correctly.
✔ Ensure stock control by making sure all items are scanned and paid for before leaving the store.
✔ Process loyalty cards and assist with partner promotions.
✔ Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping experience.
✔ Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.
✔ Work as part of a team to create a positive and fun work environment.

🎯 What You Need to Apply

📚 Minimum Requirements:

✅ Matric (Grade 12) or Equivalent
✅ Up to 6 months of retail experience (Preferred, but not required)
✅ Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
✅ Honesty and trustworthiness when handling cash and stock

📌 Special Requirements:

🔹 Clear Criminal & Credit Record
🔹 Willing and able to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
🔹 South African citizen

⭐ Bonus Points if You Have:

✔ 1 year of retail experience
✔ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, emails, etc.)
✔ Knowledge of clothing trends and outdoor lifestyle products
