✅ Your Daily Duties:

• Help customers find what they’re looking for using expert product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Drive and exceed individual sales targets.

• Handle payments securely (cash, cards, vouchers, loyalty cards).
• Ensure all items leaving the store are paid for and correctly scanned.
• Offer helpful, friendly advice and build positive customer relationships.
• Handle stock queries and assist customers professionally.
• Report compliments or complaints to store management.

💡 What You Need to Apply

🧾 Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• Up to 6 months of retail experience
• South African citizen
• Willing and able to work retail hours
• Clear criminal and credit record

• 1 year of retail work experience
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Good communication skills
• Passion for fashion, outdoor gear, or lifestyle brands
