Operational Management:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help make sure our store meets its sales goals. You’ll find ways to increase income by offering add-ons and making sure our profit margins are good. Keeping the store performing well is key.
You’ll also need to ensure our products are displayed nicely and that our marketing efforts are effective. Plus, you’ll work on attracting new customers and keeping our regulars happy.
Inventory Management:
You’ll be responsible for managing our stock so that we always have what customers need. This means making sure we meet sales targets by having the right products in store and finding ways to boost our profits through smart inventory control. Keeping an eye on how the store is doing in relation to stock management is crucial.
Customer Service:
Making our customers happy is one of your top jobs. You’ll review reports from secret shoppers to see how we’re doing and fix any problems right away. If a customer has a complaint about a product or our services, you’ll make sure it’s handled quickly and effectively. You’ll also work on building a team that’s focused on providing top-notch service.
People Management:
You’ll help train our employees to make sure they know what they’re doing and can do their jobs well. Planning for the future is important, so you’ll work on succession planning to make sure we always have skilled staff ready to step up. Managing how well everyone performs and keeping the team motivated and satisfied is a big part of your role.
