As a Merchandiser, your job is to make sure everything in the store looks amazing and runs smoothly. It’s more than just putting products on shelves – it’s about creating a shopping experience that makes customers want to come back.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Stock Management: Unpack, sort, and keep track of products.
• Store Displays: Make shelves look neat and attractive.
• Pricing Products: Make sure items are priced correctly.
• Working with Teams: Help marketing, sales, and others meet store goals.
• Helping Customers: Answer questions, solve problems, and offer advice.
• Keeping Things Clean: Make sure the store looks neat and tidy.

📱 What You Need to Have

To be considered for the role, you must have the following:

• Matric Certificate
• ID Document
• SARS Letter
• Bank Confirmation Letter
• A smartphone with at least 10GB of storage
• A Vodacom SIM card (important for job-related tools)
• You must live within 15km of the job location
• A clear criminal record

It’s also a big plus if you’ve worked in retail, customer service, or merchandising before – but don’t worry if you haven’t, the training will help you get started.
