As a Merchandiser, your job is to make sure everything in the store looks amazing and runs smoothly. It’s more than just putting products on shelves – it’s about creating a shopping experience that makes customers want to come back.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Stock Management: Unpack, sort, and keep track of products.
Store Displays: Make shelves look neat and attractive.
Pricing Products: Make sure items are priced correctly.
Working with Teams: Help marketing, sales, and others meet store goals.
Helping Customers: Answer questions, solve problems, and offer advice.
Keeping Things Clean: Make sure the store looks neat and tidy.

To be considered for the role, you must have the following:

Matric Certificate
ID Document
SARS Letter
Bank Confirmation Letter
A smartphone with at least 10GB of storage
A Vodacom SIM card (important for job-related tools)
You must live within 15km of the job location
A clear criminal record

It’s also a big plus if you’ve worked in retail, customer service, or merchandising before – but don’t worry if you haven’t, the training will help you get started.
