This is a night shift role, running from 6pm to 6am, which suits candidates who are comfortable working overnight hours.
As a Hygiene / Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring that all cleaning processes are done correctly and on time. You will oversee daily operations and make sure every area of the facility meets food safety standards.
You will supervise up to 14 daily cleaners and 2 Assistant Supervisors, guiding them, training them, and making sure work is completed correctly. You will also manage inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure the site stays compliant.
