💼Departments Hiring Through the Programme

Graduates will work directly in the Operations or Admin departments and will report to experienced departmental managers. You’ll be exposed to real responsibilities, team projects, and a structured environment designed to grow your confidence and workplace skills.

📘Fields of Study Required

To apply, you must have completed a degree in one of the following fields:

✅ Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics:

BCom in Supply Chain Management
BCom in Operations Management
BCom in Logistics

✅ Human Resources:

BCom in HR Management
National Diploma in HR
Degree or Diploma in Learning & Development / Training

✅ Finance (as listed in company scope):

BCom in Finance / Accounting (if applicable under Admin roles)

🔍Minimum Entry Requirements

To qualify for the UPD Graduate Programme, you must:

Have Matric / Grade 12
Hold a completed qualification in one of the listed fields
Be currently unemployed
Have no prior full-time work experience
Be available to work full-time in Johannesburg for the full 12-month period
