What You’ll Be Doing

Skills and Knowledge Needed

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Knowledge:

Basic maths skills for cash handling and transactions.
Understanding of merchandising, promotions, and stock control.
Good grasp of customer service principles.

Skills:

Minimum Requirements

Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential.
- Maths and English at 50% or higher – Advantageous.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within retail or FMCG is advantageous but not required.
