What You’ll Do as a Shop Assistant Cashier

This job is all about creating a great shopping experience. Whether you’re at the till or helping with products on the floor, your main goal is to make every customer feel welcome, cared for, and satisfied.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Scan items and process payments quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and card payments with care and responsibility
• Promote and sign up new Clicks Clubcard members
• Let customers know about ongoing deals and promotions
• Offer friendly and helpful service at all times
• Keep your workspace and the store floor clean and well-stocked
• Know the products in-store so you can answer customer questions
• Support the company’s mission to be SA’s top health & beauty retailer

What You Need to Qualify

• ✅ Grade 12 certificate is required
• ➕ It’s a plus if you have 50% or higher in Maths and English
• 🛍️ Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable but not required
