What You’ll Do in This Role

As a Shop Assistant/Cashier, your main job is to ensure customers have a great shopping experience. Your responsibilities include:

✅ Handling the cash register – Scan items, process payments, and apply ClubCard rewards.
✅ Delivering top customer service – Be friendly, helpful, and act as a brand ambassador.
✅ Promoting Clicks ClubCard – Sign up new members and encourage usage to meet targets.
✅ Managing cash securely – Follow strict cash handling policies.
✅ Keeping shelves stocked & neat – Maintain the store’s visual and merchandise standards.
✅ Helping customers find products – Stay informed about promotions, products, and events.
✅ Following company procedures – Adhere to store policies and operational guidelines.

What You Need to Apply

✔️ Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
💡 Bonus If You Have:
🔹 At least 50% in Maths and English in Matric
🔹 Previous retail or FMCG experience in a customer-facing role
🔹 Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and promotions
