Job Title: Shop Assistant Cashier
Positions Available: 10

Location: Various Clicks Stores

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle all point of sale (POS) transactions, ensuring accurate scanning of merchandise and collection of payments.
Safely manage cash handling and ensure the security of all transactions.
Actively promote and enroll customers in the Clicks Clubcard program to meet participation targets.
Inform customers about current promotions to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
Deliver exceptional customer service by being a visible brand ambassador and providing friendly, professional assistance.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
Stay informed about product ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.

Knowledge and Skills:

Basic math skills.
Understanding of retail/FMCG operations, including merchandising and promotions.
Familiarity with stock management procedures.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Computer literacy and numeracy skills.
