Who Should Apply?

- Have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification between 2020 and 2024.
- Achieved an average of 60% or higher in English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
- Are computer literate (advanced level).
- Are currently unemployed and have not participated in a Learnership before.
- Reside in the West Rand surrounding areas (advantageous).

Responsibilities
As a learner, your duties will include:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Handle all inbound and outbound interactions, resolve queries, and complaints, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Order Management: Accurately capture and confirm customer orders, inform customers of account holds, and liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding order issues.
- Sales Promotion: Offer new or additional products, describe features and special offers, and encourage customer interest in Clover and Principal products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, assist in achieving team goals, participate in team meetings, and support team values.
- Visual Information Management: Take responsibility for maintaining visual management of information within the team.
