What Will You Be Doing?

During the learnership, you’ll be part of a professional team that deals directly with customers. You’ll learn everything about great service and how to handle real-world problems. Your daily tasks will include:

• Taking inbound and making outbound calls with professionalism
• Helping customers with their questions and sorting out complaints
• Taking and confirming customer orders correctly and quickly
• Updating customers on their order or account status

• Using your product knowledge to answer questions and boost sales
• Attending team meetings and helping improve the way your team works
• Keeping your workspace organised and following company systems

Who Can Apply?

• Grade 12 certificate (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent
• You must have finished school between 2020 and 2024

• You must be currently unemployed
• You must not have been in any learnership programme before
