  • Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with at least 40%.
  • Two South African languages passed with at least 40%.
  • Currently studying towards an Operations Management qualification.
  • Must have completed all theoretical modules.
  • Must require practical workplace experience to complete the qualification.
  • Must be willing to complete In-Service or Experiential Training.
  • Must not have previously completed an In-Service Trainee programme with another company or organisation.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must also meet the following conditions:

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.
  • Must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
  • Must have an official Work Integrated Learning (WIL) or workplace experience letter from their educational institution.
  • The letter must confirm that practical workplace training is required to complete the qualification.
