Job Overview:

As a Workshop Assistant at Coca-Cola, you will work in a dynamic workshop environment, helping technicians and supervisors refurbish and strip cooler equipment. This role also involves recycling parts and ensuring the workshop operates smoothly and efficiently.

You will play an important part in maintaining Coca-Cola’s high standards, which contribute to the company’s strong brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Technicians: You will help the technicians with their daily tasks, including refurbishing and maintaining cooler equipment according to Coca-Cola’s standards.

Ad-Hoc Duties: Carry out additional duties as required to support the team and ensure the workshop runs smoothly.

Apply Decals: You’ll paste decals onto coolers as part of the refurbishment process, making sure they meet company specifications.

Stripping and Recycling: You’ll be responsible for stripping cooler parts and ensuring the recycling of usable components.

Waste Disposal: Properly dispose of waste materials to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

GMP and SHEQ Compliance: Follow the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and meet Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.

What You Need to Apply:

• Education: A Grade 12 Certificate is required to apply for this position.
• Experience: Having 1-2 years of experience in a workshop environment will give you an advantage.
• Driver’s License: A valid Code B driver’s license will be an added benefit.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with refurbishing, stripping cooler equipment, and recycling parts is highly advantageous.
