Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is inviting suitably qualified and motivated young people to apply for the Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandiser Learnership Programme. Multiple positions are available across different locations. This 12-month learnership gives you the chance to gain practical sales and merchandising skills while earning a stipend and building a career with one of the world’s biggest brands.

Why This Coca-Cola Learnership is Worth It

When most people think of Coca-Cola, they think of one of the most loved drinks in the world. But behind every bottle on the shelf is a huge team making sure the product is fresh, well-placed, and easy for customers to find. That’s where visual merchandisers come in.

This learnership isn’t just about stacking shelves – it’s about learning how to boost sales, create eye-catching displays, and understand customer behaviour. Coca-Cola is giving unemployed youth the chance to gain real work experience that can open doors to long-term careers in sales, marketing, and merchandising.

For 12 months, you’ll be guided by experienced mentors while learning the ropes of the business. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to compete in South Africa’s retail and marketing industry.
