Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is calling all young, energetic, and passionate individuals who want to kick-start their career in sales and marketing! If you’re currently unemployed, between 18–35 years old, and ready to learn from one of the world’s top brands, this 12-month Sales Learnership is your chance to shine. 🚀

🥤 What’s This All About?

This isn’t just a learnership—it’s a launchpad for your career! You’ll be part of Coca-Cola’s National Certificate in Marketing (NQF Level 4) program. You’ll learn the ins and outs of growing sales, managing customers, and mastering marketing and merchandising, all while gaining real work experience at one of South Africa’s biggest beverage companies.

You’ll report directly to a Sales Team Leader and be trained to work with both direct and indirect customers in your area.

🧠 What You Need to Apply

Minimum Requirements:

✅ Grade 12 (Matric) with at least:
- 40% in Maths or Maths Literacy
- 40% in Two South African Languages
✅ Must not have completed the same qualification or learnership before.
✅ Must be unemployed at the time of applying.
✅ Must be South African.
✅ Must be Employment Equity candidate.
✅ Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
✅ Driver’s license is a bonus but not required.
✅ A Diploma or Degree is advantageous but not essential.
