If you are young, unemployed, and looking for a real chance to build your future, this learnership could be exactly what you need. Big companies do not open doors like this every day. This is your chance to learn, gain experience, and work with one of the most recognized brands in the world.

This opportunity is not just about getting a job. It is about learning real skills that can help you grow in sales, marketing, and customer service. If you are serious about changing your life, keep reading.

What This Learnership Is All About

This is a 12-month learnership programme designed to give you both classroom learning and real work experience. You will not just sit and study. You will go into stores, interact with customers, and learn how products are sold and displayed.

The main goal is to help you understand how to:

  • Work with customers and grow sales
  • Take and manage orders
  • Set up product displays in stores
  • Make sure products are always visible and available

You will report to an Account Developer who will guide and train you throughout the programme.

What You Will Learn and Do Daily

During this learnership, you will be working in different stores and learning how merchandising works in real life. This experience is very valuable, especially if you want to build a career in retail, sales, or marketing.

Your daily duties will include:

In-Store Work and Merchandising

  • Visit different stores daily based on your schedule
  • Arrange products on shelves to look attractive and easy to find
  • Make sure stock is fresh by rotating products
  • Ensure products are always available for customers
  • Follow company standards for displays and branding

Customer Support and Sales Exposure

  • Help customers understand how to place orders
  • Use the MyCCBA platform for order support
  • Learn how customer behavior affects sales
  • Assist with promotions to increase product visibility

Teamwork and Learning

  • Work closely with the sales team
  • Receive training and feedback from your manager
  • Learn how the full sales process works
  • Step in and help where needed

This is not just basic work. You are learning skills that companies look for when hiring permanent employees.
