What You’ll Do:
As a Temp Warehouse Operator, your main job will be to help the warehouse run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll follow the daily plan to make sure everything gets done on time and up to our high standards.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Loading Trucks: Make sure all trucks and trailers are loaded fully and on time, just as planned.
Organizing Stock: Keep the warehouse stock layout in perfect order, so everything is where it should be.
Supporting Production: Help make sure that production lines keep running smoothly by managing stock and forklifts effectively.
Picking Loads: Accurately pick and prepare loads to be sent out, making sure they’re ready to go on time.
Housekeeping: Keep your workspace clean and tidy, meeting our high housekeeping standards.
Following Processes: Stick to our processes and procedures, ensuring everything is done correctly.
Efficiency: Aim to meet your personal performance goals every day.
Asset Care: Take good care of the equipment and assets you use in your job.
Stock Management: Follow stock management rules, including counting inventory daily.
Pallet Wrapping: Make sure pallets are wrapped securely and according to our standards.

What You Need to Bring:
Education: Grade 12/Matric with Maths is required.
Language Skills: You should be fluent in English, either as your home language or as a strong additional language.
Experience: You’ll need 6 to 12 months of experience working in a warehouse, especially in load making or operating a forklift.
Forklift Licence: A valid forklift driver’s license is a plus.
Background Check: You must pass a clear criminal and credit check.
Availability: Be ready to work overtime and shifts as needed.
