What You’ll Be Responsible For

As an Assistant Cook at Curro, your daily tasks will include a combination of food preparation, hygiene management, and teamwork. You’ll be expected to:

• Assist with cooking hot meals when required

Kitchen Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness:

• Keep your work area neat and clean at all times
• Always wear the correct kitchen safety attire
• Help with cleaning of equipment and kitchen facilities
• Support the Cook with all health, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Follow all food handling rules and regulations without exception
