📝 Minimum Requirements

To apply, you must have:

• Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• A basic understanding of how government systems work is useful but not required.
• No degree required, but experience and training will be provided.

📚 What You Need to Know

As a UI Claims Officer, you’ll help people claim their Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) benefits. This job is about helping others, doing admin work, and working with government systems. You’ll also be trained in UIF laws and systems to make sure claims are processed properly.

🔧 Job Duties (What You’ll Do Daily)

• Help people apply for UIF benefits
• Check documents and assist with screening applications
