About the Role

Minimum Requirements

- Experience: 1–2 years in the security industry
- Knowledge:
- Compensation Fund objectives, services, and policies
- Batho Pele principles for customer service
- Public Service Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Public Finance Management Act, and relevant security legislation
- Skills: Interpersonal, communication, organizing, problem-solving, computer literacy, telephone etiquette
- Citizenship: South African citizen with a clear criminal record
