As a Customer Services Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and effective logistics coordination. Your main tasks will include:
✔ Processing customer orders before 15:30 each day
✔ Capturing orders on SAP and ensuring accuracy
✔ Managing special customer requests and urgent deliveries
✔ Tracking and updating orders to avoid delays
✔ Handling customer queries via email & phone
✔ Providing updates on delivery status
✔ Escalating issues to relevant departments for quick resolution
✔ Building strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
✔ Coordinating stock availability for customer orders
✔ Ensuring pricing accuracy between SAP and customer invoices
✔ Escalating pricing discrepancies to the Sales Team
✔ Generating daily & weekly reports for key clients like PnP & Makro
✔ Monitoring outstanding orders and shipping requirements
✔ Ensuring all processed orders are clean and ready for system release
This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to ensure DHL’s customers get the best service!

✔ Education: Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience in warehousing/logistics
✔ Skills Required:
