What You’ll Do as a Sales Consultant

This role is all about helping customers, hitting sales targets, and keeping the store neat and running well. Here are your key daily tasks:

• Sell products and meet your sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service every time.
• Help customers choose the right mattress or furniture item.
• Handle payments, whether it’s by card or cash.
• Make sure shelves are stocked and products are neatly displayed.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Manage refunds, handle complaints, and solve small problems.
• Put price tags on products and set up promotional displays.
• Work with the rest of the team to control stock and deliveries.
• Always follow company rules and safety procedures.
• Keep an eye out for security risks like shoplifting.
• Stay updated on sales, discounts, and product knowledge.

What You Need to Apply

Education:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Compulsory)

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of working in retail or sales
• Experience selling mattresses or furniture is a big plus
• A track record of R350,000+ in monthly sales is preferred
• Comfortable using computers and working with systems
