• Monitoring alarm systems and CCTV cameras
• Assisting emergency teams during incidents
• Managing evacuations and ensuring order at assembly points
• Providing safety advice and security warnings where necessary
• Responding quickly and correctly during crisis situations
• Keeping accurate notes of daily activities and unusual events
