• Act as a visible deterrent to crime, theft, and disorder
• Be friendly, helpful, and professional when dealing with customers and staff

• Keep registers and occurrence books updated and accurate
• Check refuse removal and ensure proper procedures
• Protect property and assets from dishonest behaviour
• Be at your post at all times while on duty

• Conduct personnel and vehicle searches when required
• Report incidents to management and police when needed

• Patrol after hours and investigate unusual activity
• Respond quickly and correctly during crises
