Job Description
An experienced cleaner is needed by Dis-Chem Pharmacies for their Valley Hyper shop. It will be your duty to uphold Dis-Chem’s hygiene standards by keeping the store tidy and clean. The spaces will comprise the canteen, admin office, stock room, dispensary, and store floor.
Minimum Requirements…
Essential:
Matric/Grade 12
six months or more of cleaning experience
strong mastery of the English language
fundamental client care
Additional terminology related to a given location
able and willing to work store hours
Advantageous:
prior experience cleaning retail stores

Job Specification…
Before the business opens, maintain a daily high standard of cleanliness and hygienic conditions throughout the shop floor and common areas.
Establish procedures to guarantee that every part of the store is kept in immaculate condition.
Make sure the facilities and canteen are always stocked with the required supplies and are kept spotless.
Throughout business hours, be accessible to clean up as needed.
Make sure the right tools and cleaning supplies are used for the work at hand.
When cleaning the floor, make sure the wet floor sign is up and visible from both ends.
