Main Role:

As a Receptionist at DSV Sky Services, you will handle all receptionist duties and assist in the admin department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Welcome and receive guests.
• Offer and prepare refreshments for guests.
• Arrange gate access for visitors and deliveries.
• Manage courier collections and deliveries.
• Purchase office refreshments and supplies.
• Handle invoicing and filing.
• Assist in the archive room.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer communication experience.
• 2-3 years of experience liaising with clients via phone and email.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Matric (essential).
• A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, OneNote, Forms), MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Cargowise is beneficial.
