A Warehouse Operator in Operations and Contract Logistics plays an important role in making sure that goods move smoothly in and out of the warehouse. You will help manage administrative work, support inbound and outbound operations, and make sure inventory is controlled correctly.

The main goal of this role is to lead and control all administrative duties that support inbound and outbound warehouse operations and inventory control. You will help make sure that processes are followed correctly, targets are achieved, and safety standards are maintained.
You will also support management with reporting, monitoring staff performance, and driving continuous improvement in daily operations.
You will manage and oversee all administrative tasks linked to daily warehouse operations. This includes updating records, tracking performance, and making sure information is accurate and up to date.
You will ensure that all health, safety, and environmental rules are followed at all times. Regular floor checks will help make sure the workplace remains safe for everyone.
You will create and maintain reports based on key performance indicators and contract requirements. Daily reports will be shared with management to track progress and identify any issues early.
