What Is the Dunlop YES Programme?

Dunlop’s YES Learnership is part of the national Youth Employment Service initiative, designed to help young people gain real job skills by working and learning in a leading industrial company. Participants get hands-on experience in various fields aligned with their qualifications, preparing them for future job opportunities.

Where Will You Work?

Learners will be placed either at:

• Durban Head Office (corporate environment)
• Ladysmith Manufacturing Plant (production environment)

This allows you to understand both the business and factory sides of Dunlop.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

• Be unemployed South African youth aged 34 years or younger
• Preferably have little or no previous work experience
• Not have participated in the YES programme before

This programme is aimed at first-time job seekers wanting to start their careers.
